MNOGOGRANNIKI specializes in fulfilling customers' unique ideas that require non-standard engineering solutions. Our approach is based on the SAMPLE philosophy, which differs from traditional construction, digital modeling and manufacturing methods.
It is not a mock-up or prototype. It is future project's physical representation of its most important element. It will be reproduced and adjusted to fit the specific needs of the object. Our engineers, technicians, and craftsmen work on its design. The SAMPLE is created in the production shop and undergoes all tests before being presented to the customer.
Why do you need an EXAMPLE?
- Embodiment of an idea: Instead of seeing the idea just on a computer screen, the client gets a chance to ‘sense’ it in reality.
- Construction verification and optimization: Identification and elimination of hidden technical issues at an early stage, before the production of modules starts. This process involves constructors, technicians and production craftsmen who analyze geometry, element connectivity, technological feasibility of assembly and installation.
- Quality Guarantee: The SAMPLE serves as a “technological basis” for all subsequent MODULES; it ensures the accuracy and reliability of the entire construction. It is not merely a template; rather, it is a set of proven technological solutions, assembling principles, and element fitting. Each MODULE created according to a specific SAMPLE can possess unique features adjusted to the particular characteristics of the object.
- Risk reduction: Reducing the number of errors and unforeseen situations throughout the entire solution creation process.
- Installation simplification: Installation is the final stage in the process, so it is our foremost priority. Modules created based on a SAMPLE are easily assembled on site, which reduces both time and cost.
The SAMPLE is tested extensively to ensure its strength and durability. The testing also includes real-world conditions, such as exposure to environmental factors (e.g. temperature, humidity, wind, etc.) and even impact from heels.
An important stage as it allows the customer to make adjustments to the construction, appearance, or technology. This ensures that the final product will fully meet the customer's expectations.
Working with the SAMPLE increases project costs at the outset. However, the use of SAMPLE ultimately saves resources by reducing construction time, minimizing errors and "unexpected" corrections, thus enhancing the durability and reliability of the construction.
