objective
To implement a system of complex geometric cladding panels for the interiors of T-Bank's headquarters, ensuring factory precision and quick installation without on-site finishing work
SOLUTION
We made an accurate digital model to deal with the actual object's geometry.
stage 1
3D scanning
modular design principle
3 types of panel bases
The volumetric frames of the modules are built on a composite-aluminum basis
We employed three types of bases, as the project involved the use of panels that had to be different heights and meet different fire safety classes

The design solution development process included 4 stages of discussion, manufacturing, and evaluation of samples until the intended outcome was attained.

The designated sample was developed and manufactured within a span of three weeks

door jamb integration
The panel design required the integration of door jambs. To achieve the effect of concealed doors, the door leaves were clad with the same decorative material as the main panels

We developed and applied a system for the elastic-mechanical suspension of facing panels that included a damping element and a threaded connection.
This system provides:
SUSPENSION WITH DAMPERS — ADJUSTING CLEARANCES
A sample structure consisting of four ready-made modules was installed on site in just 30 minutes

The customer’s staff, who specialize in various fields with no experience in installing structures of this kind, installed the items on-site

Preliminary module assembly in the workshop guarantees the specified convergence of geometry and gaps at the facility
100% factory readiness
stage 3
assembly and installation
result
The architectural design was implemented in its full scope. The clearance for gaps ≤ 0.5 mm was observed across the entire 1,350 m² cladding area. The installation was carried out by the customer’s non-specialized crew in accordance with our guidelines.

The solution validated the ability to manufacture panels of complicated and unique shapes with specified precision, total factory readiness, and rapid installation on-site without any adjustments
The project was completed on schedule despite constant changes in the initial specifications
Hidden doors and baseboards are integrated into the factory design
70% of panels are unique, 30% are partially standardized

resolving complex architectural challenges
The complexity of architectural geometry is a manageable design challenge. The transfer of production processes from the construction site to the workshop, as well as bench assembly, allows us to ensure outcomes that would otherwise be unattainable with traditional methods
